Michelle DeCecco, MBA, is a Canadian mining executive with over 20 years of experience in the public resource sector. She serves as CEO of Kairos Gold Corp. (TSXV: KIRO), a gold exploration company advancing five projects across 22,433 hectares in Chile, and as COO of Lithium Chile Inc. (TSXV: LITH), a lithium exploration company with holdings exceeding 110,000 hectares. DeCecco specializes in capital markets strategy, corporate development, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. She holds board positions at Beyond Lithium, South American Lithium, and Golden Goose Resources. She is based in Calgary, Alberta.

She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Kairos Gold Corp. (TSXV: KIRO), a gold exploration company advancing a portfolio of five projects spanning 22,433 hectares in Chile's prolific mega porphyry belt. Under her leadership, Kairos completed its TSXV public listing in March 2026, closed an oversubscribed $3.5 million offering, and executed an upsized $9.8 million private placement.

Simultaneously, DeCecco serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Lithium Chile Inc. (TSXV: LITH | OTCQB: LTMCF), a lithium exploration company with over 110,000 hectares in Chile and 29,245 hectares in Argentina. She contributed to the proposed US$180 million monetization of the Salar de Arizaro project.

DeCecco holds additional directorships at Beyond Lithium Inc., South American Lithium Inc., and Golden Goose Resources Corp. She previously founded and served as Interim CEO of Monumental Energy Corp. She holds an MBA with honours from the University of Fredericton and is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
